and some 401K's currently seem like more of a liability than an asset. Many people prefer notes over buying property because they involve a lot less hassle and deliver a cash flow yield. Many investors also select using self directed IRA's along with Trust Deeds investments.
Security
Our mortgage loans are backed by first positions in income producing properties.
The loans are 100% transparent to the investor. Properties that back the investments have operational income that has stood the test of time. The income associated with the property is again transparent to the investor. Therefore the risk is that you may acquire a commercial property at a 35% discount in a recourse situation. Private mortgage insurance is also available for added security to Trust Deed investors.
Liquidity
At DCI we know liquidity is important to investors. Because Trust Deed investments are traditionally illiquid, we invite investors to learn how DCI is delivering liquidity features to Trust Deed investments.
Flexibility
