Maximum LTV is 70%. DCI requires 1.25-2.0 DSCR depending on property type. Property condition will also be considered and factored into rent comps.
DOCUMENTATION
DCI will request documentation for the borrower as well as the property associated with the borrower. Typical commercial documentation required along with case-by-case conditions depending on the particular transaction.
