Mixed Use, Multifamily, Storage, Office, Retail, Hotel, Restaurants, Agriculture, and other types of commercial property. 

Maximum LTV is for private money is 70%.  DCI requires 1.25-2.0 DSCR depending on property type. Property condition will also be considered and factored into rent comps.  

DCI will request documentation for the borrower as well as the property associated with the borrower.  Typical hard money and or conventional documentation is required along with case-by-case conditions depending on the particular transaction.
